Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers (Internal/External) to help troubleshoot and resolve product problems or issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system
  • configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
  • Track and document inbound support tickets and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Communicate with product development department to improve on current design or to identify possible problems with design.
  • Monitoring infrastructure and Application events.
  • Technical Bridge participation and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to positively influence the actions of others, working as a team player.
  • Great problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex, highly technical issues, often under time pressure.
  • Creative and able to think ‘outside of the box’ with a proven track record in proposing and implementing solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects.
  • Self-motivated, directed, and passionate about what you do, striving for results constantly.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Windows Operating System Concepts – Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016.
  • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, IIS, Windows Cluster, Event Logs, Perfmon, Disk Management etc.
  • Basic or Intermediate Knowledge of SQL (SQL Jobs, Select Query, Joins etc).
  • Basics on Azure or AWS Cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge in working with remote support tools (RDP, GTA, PCAnywhere etc).
  • Knowledge/Experience on office applications, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Team.
    Willing to work in shifts.
