Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Driving the Process Transformation and change management for TechM global understanding as is process and driving simplification and automation experience
Collaborating with process owners, consultants & internal stakeholders .g. Resource Management Group, HR, Finance, CIO
Data insights, tracking for project status reporting and executive briefings to update senior leaders on the program/project performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Passion to drive change along with subject matter expertise especially in Finance or Business operation with an ability to get deep in As is process role
Strong in financial and operational analysis (quantitative analysis)
Strong understanding of ERP, tools, workflows and IT systems. Strong in Excel and PPT
Experience in System implementation, process transformation , business IT desirable
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to do multitasking under tight timelines, proactive
Strong collaboration and articulation skills
