Job Description
Must Haves: 4+ years of experience in C, C++, VC++, windows API, Visual Studio, windows socket programming / WinSock/ OR Client/Server Programming, Win32 OR Windows SDK, multithreading, database concepts, MFC, SQL and windows internals with Telecom domain (preferred).
Preferable skills: C#, .NET, VB6, XML, Power Shell, VSS, STL, COM, ATL, VB, XML, JSON, AMQP, Linux/Unix, Web Services, Web Sockets, SVN, WinDbg OR Windows debugger, Product development, Customer support, PowerShell, SNMP, Hands on experience in Elasticsearch and Basic knowledge in cloud computing
Job Description
Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution during the project life cycle as it relates to technical decisions.
Determine and provide a necessary level of technical documentation during requirements gathering, based on technical services group standards and procedures and discussions with project staff, industry experience, and technical vendors.
Proactively work with producers to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are assigned, put in place, and effectively utilized at the appropriate time
Lead adherence to requirements at the technical level
Qualify and provide definition to technical strategy by performing evaluations and assessments on the various technical aspects
Communicate daily regarding project status with appropriate team members
Provide technical consultancy to department staff and participate in, development plans and presentations as directed.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital media technology.
