Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Salary:INR 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 PA.
1. Attending to trouble shooting calls for support and field staff.
2. Interfacing with support centers of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
3. Escalating un resolved issues to TL.
4. Coordinating the audio/video conferencing.
5. Taking up monthly preventive maintenance task.
6. Generating & submitting daily time sheet to the TL.
Daily checks in the meeting and conference rooms to ensure that equipment is functioning.
Generation & closure of mail related activities in coordination with HR team.
Interfacing with HR & CS for setting up systems for new associates.
Duly escalate to IS team in case of soft ware problems.
Report generation with regards to soft ware / hard ware inventory.
