Job Description:
- Voice Microservice is a multi tenant sub system which handles all the inbound and outbound voice calls coming to Genesys contact center.
- We require Devops engineer who will be able to learn multiple technologies like Kubernetes & Helm
- used for deploying voice microservices and Github actions for developing deployment workflow of voice services.
Skills:
- Knowledge of programming languages nodejs or Java.
- Knowledge of any cloud technologies will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Git actions will be good to have
- Knowledge of shell command, Shell Scripts and Python will be good to have
- Knowledge on Continuous Integration Process (Jenkins)
- Good communication skills
