Flexible for International Shifts 24*7
This position ensures to maintain the SLA\’s to close correctly by monitoring the tasks.
They act as the mediators between the customer and the technical teams by monitoring the basic cases and following up to ensure the customers tasks are completed on time.
The top 3 skills required are:
1) Excellent Communication
2) Good understanding on customer service
3) Good thought flow.
Salary: 2..8LPA + NSA +Incentives
