We have an Urgent Hiring for Semi-Voice PROCESS in HYDERABAD Location.
Designation: CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE( Semi-Voice)
**NO WORK FROM HOME, ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE**
Job description:
-CCE will provide online semi-voice support to e-commerce customers
-Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customers issue
-Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each semi-voice handled.
Qualification- Grad/Undergrad.
Salary : 1.6 LPA + Shift allowance+1 Side Cab
Shift Timing: Rotational 24*7 Shift
