Williams Lea is looking for a fresh graduates (2018, 2019 & 2020 pass-outs only) on full-time role.
The successful candidate will be working in a dedicated Development Team within a fast-moving and growing Technology function.
The Technology group provides services through all areas of the software development life-cycle. The role involves working client-facing bespoke development projects as well as development of internal platforms and systems.
The successful candidate will be working in a team of developers to build websites for with a range of technologies and for multiple clients.
This role requires participation in the full product life-cycle, from design to deployment, to post launch phases including technical support and editorial and technical training.
Assist in the creating detailed technical design documentation & estimates
Assist in Implementation of unit tests
Develop code as per the specifications and coding standards
Ensure all code passes unit testing with appropriate code coverage
Liaise with Developers, Testers and any other project stakeholders both verbally and in writing
Technical support, including assisting with on-call support.
Awareness of Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
Knowledge of object oriented programming language preferably Java
Awareness of Relational Databases like MySQL / SQL
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Willing to be flexible with shift work.
Awareness of following technologies would be preferred
Java / Java EE OR Microsoft .net or C#
Relational Databases like MySQL / SQL / Oracle
Qualifications and Experience
Educated to degree level or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology Only. Candidates with backlogs in their graduation need not apply.
