Job Description
- We are currently looking for a passionate SDET (Individual contributor).Location : Mohali, Punjab, India
- Experience : Minimum 4 Years in Automation Testing/Functional/Non-Functional, Performance and Database testing
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Write, execute and refactor automated test cases.
- Plan, design and enhance automation frameworks and tools using Selenium/Java, Jmeter.
- Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis and use internal defect tracking tool to
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong exposure and working knowledge in Java, JavaScript and OOPS Concepts or any other Programming language.
- Well versed in technologies like nodejs, bitbucket, databases (sql and nosql) and java scripting.
- Expertise in functional automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, Maven,
- Jenkins, and bitbucket (should have inclination to develop competency on new/existing tools if required).
- Experience in response tracking tool like Jira.
- Good exposure in Webservices/API testing with Postman and Rest API.
- Knowledge on XML, JSON.
- Understanding Business requirements and seeks clarity as required, to make any design improvements and refinement as needed.
- Excellent QA skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
- Excellent knowledge of test automation frameworks, preferably TestNG
- Familiar with DevOps tools Knowledge of software and automated testing architecture
