Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the different products currently available within the UK Employee Benefits portfolio
- Work with Internal stakeholders and external clients in eliciting business requirements.
- Articulating requirements to the product development team and assisting them in prioritization
- To work with scrum stakeholders
- To implement CMMi level 5 in Regression and International Scrum teams
- Understanding Business requirements
- Define a test plan and execute using both manual and automated paths.
- Understand and implement non-functional test areas
- Investigate technical problems and needs and determine possible solutions
- Participate in the manual test script preparation and testing of application software/solutions and
documenting test results - Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
- Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference, maintain defect logs and issue logs
wherever applicable - Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project
- Identify problem areas and suggest improvements
- Identify areas which are suitable for automation

UG :B.Sc in Computers, Electronics, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
PG :M.Tech in Computers
