Walk In Interview – Training Program with Rossell Techsys
Course: In the six months certification program in Aerospace Interconnect Solutions and Electrical Panel Assemblies, candidates are exposed to various processes of wire harness manufacturing and assembling of electrical panels. The candidates shall gain knowledge on all the facets of operations of a manufacturing company including production, quality, planning along with soft skill training such as behavioural, communication, personality development etc. The candidates who successfully complete the training program will be awarded a certificate. The training shall be conducted under NEEM (National Employability Enhancement Mission) in association with NTTF and approved by the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). Selected candidates shall be provided with a fixed stipend per month for the entire duration of training.

The Stipend amount of 15,000 will be paid during the training period. If hired on successful completion of course, salary per the industry standard shall be paid.
Selection Process: Walk-in Interview
1st level of screening using aptitude test method followed by technical panel assessment, manager round and leadership level of interview.
