Job description

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA HR with 2-5 years experience
Should have good experience in MIS

1)Role: Talent Engagement Specialist

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Manage employee life cycle events (Probation/Confirmation/Transfers/Deputation/Separation)
Handle employee queries/grievance and provide solutions as per SLAs
Provide impactful employee experiences through effective communications and internal events or engagements
Should have expertise in HRMIS

2)Role: Payroll Specialist

Work Location: Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Processing of Payroll for the employees as per agreed timelines
Collation and validation of Attendance; Leave; Overtime etc.
Preparation and Submission of Monthly Statutory challans as per timelines
Enrolment of New Hires in ESI/PF and other
Processing of Final Settlement Statement for Exit Employees

3)Role: HRBP/ Executive HR

Work Location: Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Consult with line management providing HR guidance (Org Charts, Manpower planning, budget, KRA setting, Training, Grievance Handling, Performance Appraisals, Employee engagement initiatives, Promotions, Transfers, Deputations, Probation and Confirmations, Disciplinary actions, Regulatory/Statutory compliance etc.)
Conducts periodic meetings with respective business units.
Analyze trends and metrics, roll out new initiatives and institutionalize policies.
Review attendance, Joining & Exits for payroll preparation.

4)Role: HR & Admin

Work Location: Jawaharnagar, Hyderabad

5)Role: HR & Admin

Work Location: Dundigal Village, Qutbullapur Mandal,Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Induction and joining formalities.
Maintain updated org. chart, RRAs, and KRAs of all employees at site
Coordinate with TMT for probation confirmation, Joining and Exit, TDT for PMS, Training & Development activities, C&B for Leaves, Attendance, Payroll and Full & Final Settlements
Admin activities at Sites like Transportation, Canteen, Guest House Management and travel reimbursements, Renewal of licenses as per factories act.

Education:PG :MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
