Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Mandatory language: English, Hindi
